Pipeline View

The Pipeline View is a powerful tool designed to help you efficiently track, manage, and move leads through the Structured Sales Process (SSP). Whether you prefer automated transitions or manual control over lead movement, this view gives you a clear, organized way to follow your progress and ensure no lead is left behind.

Kanban View Interface

How It Works

Each of the five SSP steps is displayed as a separate column. Leads are automatically categorized under the correct step based on their progression. You can drag and drop leads between columns to manually move them to the next step.

Access the Kanban View - Step 1

1. Access the Pipeline View

  • Navigate to the Contacts section in the SAGA desktop version.

  • Click on the purple button under 'View' to switch between Table View and Pipeline View.

⚠️ Key Success Principles

Remember: The SSP is designed to be SIMPLE, CLEAR, and SCALABLE. Trust the process and be consistent in your application.

Focus on Value: At every step, prioritize providing value to your prospects over making a sale.

Be Patient: Let prospects progress at their own pace while staying engaged and available.

SSP vs Custom Pipelines

It’s important to understand the difference:

Structured Sales Process (SSP):

  • Has fixed steps

  • Is designed for long-term sales

  • Follows predefined rules and structure

Custom Pipelines:

  • Are fully flexible

  • You decide the number of steps and their meaning

  • Are ideal for events, promotions, or short-term goals

Custom pipelines do not replace the SSP.
They work alongside it.

⚠️ Automation and rules defined for the SSP do not apply to custom pipelines.
