SAGA AI Assistant - Your Personal Guide for Smarter Sales Actions

What the Assistant Does

It guides you in efficiently moving contacts through the SSP, from Connecting to Launching. When you get a new lead (through your Prospecting Tools) or add one manually (via Import or Manual Creation), it is automatically assigned to the "Connecting" step. The SAGA AI Assistant's goal is to progress your lead through the sales journey to the final SSP step "Launching", using AI-driven guidance to make informed, strategic decisions.

How to Use the SAGA AI Assistant

Select the Lead

Navigate to the Contacts section and click on the lead you want to start the process with.

Launch the Assistant

Click the 'Start Journey' button on the SAGA AI Assistant, located in the top right corner of the contact's page to begin.

Follow the Assistant's Guidance

• The Assistant will provide you with personalized suggestions on what to do next based on the lead's current step, along with pre-written scripts and resources to simplify communication.

• The Assistant will move the lead from one step to the next as you successfully complete its recommended actions.

Change Lead's Membership Status

Once the lead has reached the "Launching" step, the Assistant's process is complete. The lead is now expected to become a Customer or Promoter, and you can manually update their membership status.
