Activate The Keyboard

📲 Step 1 — Download the App

Download the SAGA Keyboard App from the App Store.

🔐 Step 2 — Log In to Your SAGA Account

Once you open the app, log in using your existing SAGA credentials — the same email and password you use on the web.

⚙️ Step 3 — Activate the Keyboard

After logging in, the app will show you step-by-step instructions to activate the keyboard. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps

  3. Find and tap SAGA

  4. Tap Keyboard

  5. Toggle on Allow Full Access

That's it. The keyboard is now active on your device.

💡 Full access is required for the keyboard to connect to your SAGA account and display your content.

🌐 Step 4 — Switch to the SAGA Keyboard

To use the SAGA Keyboard while chatting, you need to switch to it from your default keyboard. It works the same way as switching to an emoji keyboard or a different language.

While typing in any app:

  • Tap the globe icon (🌐) in the bottom left corner of your keyboard

  • Select the SAGA Keyboard from the menu

💡 You can switch back to your default keyboard the same way — just tap the globe icon again.

🗂️ Navigating the Keyboard

Once the SAGA Keyboard is open, you'll see a vertical menu on the left side. Scroll up and down to move through your sections:

  • Personal Library — your private folders and uploaded content

  • Favourites — items you've starred for quick access

  • All other main folders — the default content folders shared with your team

  • Prospecting Tools — your lead magnets, info pages, and forms

Inside each section, you'll find the same folder and subfolder structure you know from SAGA on the web. Just tap any folder to expand it and browse the content inside.

If you're part of a team, you'll also see all the team folders in the menu. The Prospecting Tools section will include both your personal tools and the ones shared by your team, so everything you need is in one place.

📂 Expand the Menu

Want to see folder names at a glance? Tap the menu button at the top left of the keyboard to expand the sidebar and display all folder titles.

✉️ Sharing Content

When you find the content you want to share, just tap it. It will be added directly to the text field of your chat — but it won't be sent automatically.

This gives you a moment to:

  • Review the content before it goes out

  • Add more items to the same message (you can combine multiple things)

  • Edit the text around it if needed

Once you're happy, hit send as you normally would.

⚠️ A Note on Tracking

Sharing through the SAGA Keyboard works a little differently from sharing inside a contact's profile on the web.

You can still see overall engagement data for any resource or prospecting tool in the Analytics page — including how many times it was sent and opened across all channels.

What you won't see is the share logged as an activity inside the specific contact's page. So if you want a full history of what you sent to a particular person, you'll need to log it manually or use the share option inside their contact profile on SAGA.
