Follow the instructions "Request a Download of your Facebbok information from Accounts Center" according to your device found above.

When asked about how much information do you want to download, select "Some of your information"

Download your 'Connections,' at which point you can download the:
- your friends list
- your followers lists

Follow the steps Facebook suggests and when asked select 'Download to Device'

Before creating the files be sure to select the JSON format and the desired Date Range 

After you request your Facebook data, you’ll receive an email from Facebook when your files are ready to download. This email will include a link that takes you directly to the Facebook Download Center, where your download re quests are stored. Once you’re there, simply click the Download button next to your request. The data will be saved to your computer as a ZIP file, which is a type of folder that holds several files together.

To open it, go to your Downloads folder and double-click the ZIP file. Most computers will either open it automatically or show an option like “Extract All” or “Unzip” — choose that to unpack the files. After extracting, you’ll have a regular folder containing all your Facebook connections

Once you’ve unzipped the downloaded folder, open it and look for a folder called Connections. Inside the Connections folder, you’ll find two more folders named followers and friends.

• Open the friends folder and find a file called your_friends.json.
   
• Then, open the followers folder and find a file called your_followers.json.
   

Once you have both of these files, upload them into SAGA. After uploading, you can start using SAGA to follow up with your friends and followers.
