How to Cancel your Subscription

    Navigate to 'My SAGA Profile'

    go to my profile

    Access to Manage Subscription

    • Once in the My Profile section, click on "Manage Subscription"

    Cancel your Plan

    • In the new tab, click on the "Cancel plan" button to initiate the cancellation process
    • Click on "Cancel plan" again to confirm

    Confirmation & Form

    • You will receive a confirmation along with an optional form where you can provide feedback on the reason for your cancellation

Upon cancelling your subscription, you will retain access to SAGA for the entire paid period. However, once this period concludes, a new subscription will be required to regain access to our platform. Thank you for your understanding.
