Within your Contact Page, you can schedule follow-ups seamlessly.
Just click on the calendar button, choose the desired follow-up day, and you're all set.
Additionally, in the activity panel, you'll find a record of all the follow-ups you've scheduled to stay organized and on top of your interactions.
Here you can view and edit all the contact information as well as doing a quick follow up.
All the actions taken by your lead are located in one place. From the Creation Date and the Source to any update you make, interaction and interest.
Keep all your notes in one place. You will find them into the activity panel as well so that you can relate them to other actions interesting the same lead.
Go to your Contacts Page and follow these steps:
Go to your Contact Page and click on "Add Label"
Assign the label to your specific contact. Select the name and color of your label to make it easily recognizable at a glance.
Your contact is now assigned to that specific label and can be easily found by filtering for labels.
When you're ready to follow up, pick your preferred channel and send your message.
It is just a click away!
Remember, you can only connect with your contacts through the channels you have registered for each. For example, if you haven't added an email, you won't be able to send emails to that contact.
