How to Cancel your Subscription

Step 1: Navigate to 'My SAGA Profile'
Click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the page

Step 2: Access to Settings
Once in the My Profile section, click on "Settings"

Step 3: Go To Billing
In the settings page click on the “Billing” Tab

Step 4: Click on Cancel your Plan
In the new tab, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to initiate the cancellation process
Follow the instructions for the guided cancellation process

Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the “Confirm Cancellation” button

Step 6: Confirmation
Your subscription has been successfully cancelled
⚠️ Important Notice
Upon cancelling your subscription, you will retain access to SAGA for the entire paid period. However, once this period concludes, a new subscription will be required to regain access to our platform. Thank you for your understanding.
⚠️ Refund Policy
SAGA has a No Refund policy!
Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase or automatic renewal, but only for EU customers. To request a refund, please send us a message with your email address. If the 14-day period has passed or you're not in the EU, you're not eligible.
We send a reminder email 7 days before each renewal so you can cancel in time if you don’t want to continue.
How to Upgrade / Change your Plan

Step 1: Navigate to 'My SAGA Profile'
Click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the page

Step 2: Access to Settings
Once in the My Profile section, click on "Settings"

Step 3: Go To Billing
In the settings page click on the “Billing” Tab

Step 4: Click on Update Subscription
In the new tab, click on the "Update Subscription" button to initiate the update process

Step 5: Go to Update Subscription
In the new tab, click on the "Update Subscription" button on the right

Step 6: Change your Plan
Select the plan you want to choose and the click on “Continue”
Proceed with the Payment

Using a Promotion Code
You must apply your promo code before you complete your payment.
To apply your code:
Select 'Add Promotion Code'.
Enter your discount code.
Click 'Apply'.
Once the code is applied, you can then proceed to payment.
SAGA Plans
SAGA offers different subscription plans to suit your needs, with the main difference being the number of emails you can send each month. If you choose an annual subscription instead of a monthly one, you’ll also benefit from significant savings. To explore all the available plans and choose the one that’s right for you, simply go to the “Manage Subscription” page in your profile menu and click on “Update Subscription.”
What Happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If your subscription ends—whether due to cancellation, expiration, or the end of a free trial—SAGA will securely retain your data, including your contacts. This means that whenever you decide to reactivate your subscription, all your information will be right where you left it, ready for you to pick up without missing a beat.
What if I subscribed in the wrong team by mistake?
Don’t see the content you expected? What If you subscribed under the wrong team?
Don’t worry—it’s possible to be moved. Just contact our support team and provide the email you used to sign up. We’ll take care of transferring you to the correct team, along with all your saved data, so nothing gets lost in the process.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial (typically 7 or 14 days) that allows you to explore the platform without entering any payment information. Once the trial period ends, your account will be temporarily locked. At that point, you can choose to continue by purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, or simply cancel your account with no charges applied.
